Booking Studio terms

Travel uses the total round-trip driving distance from Sam’s private starting address to the property and back. For land without a street address, travel uses the confirmed drive-in entrance or meeting point, not the center of the land. The first 60 total miles are included, then $0.78 per additional mile. The fee is calculated from unrounded distance and rounded to cents once; mileage is shown rounded before confirmation. Unverifiable routes require retry or contacting Sam.

For land bookings, check both the land to photograph and the drive-in entrance. “Location confirmed by client” records your confirmation, and “Driving route found” describes a map routing result; neither verifies boundaries, ownership, permission to enter, road conditions or drone flight suitability. If the entrance is uncertain or no usable route is found, send a request for Sam to review. A review request is not a booking or an accepted travel quote.

A time is reserved only after confirmation succeeds; no payment is collected here. Online changes close 24 hours before the shoot.
