Booking Studio privacy
Booking Studio uses your contact details, property information, selected services, appointment details and messages to quote, schedule and manage your services.
Booking records are retained for appointment management and communication.
Architectural and commercial project requests save your supplied contact details, project brief, intended usage and requested timing privately for Sam to review and discuss a proposal. These requests do not reserve appointments, collect payments or send automatic confirmation emails.
Land-location review requests save your supplied coordinates, property or parcel label, access instructions, services and contact details privately for Sam. They do not reserve an appointment or confirm a price, and no automatic confirmation email is sent.
Your browser may save an unfinished draft for 24 hours, including name, email, phone and optional client notes locally on this device. Do not include passwords or door codes in notes. Start over or a successful booking clears it. Keep private booking links secure.
For land without a street address, Booking Studio saves the land and entrance coordinates and optional property name, parcel number and access instructions that you confirm. These details are used in booking management, confirmations and private review. Unfinished booking drafts may also retain your confirmed land location for 24 hours on this device. Do not include passwords or gate codes in access instructions.
Google receives address searches, map interactions when you open the optional satellite map, and, for travel calculations, the destination address or confirmed entrance coordinates and Sam’s private starting address. The starting address is not shown to clients. The land form does not request your device’s location. Opening a View map link sends its displayed coordinates to Google Maps.
Booking Studio retains the travel charge and pricing rule, not raw route distance or geometry. Service providers may keep operational records.
Contact Sam about corrections or deletion requests.
